Korean BBQ Pork Belly Skewers
Served with Gochujang honey BBQ sauce, pickled radish, and cucumbers, sprinkled with scallions, shallot, and sesame.
Ukrainian dumpling with potato, oyster mushrooms, and cheddar, served with tomato and cucumber salad.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts Salad
Served with dried cranberries, gorgonzola dolce, and lemon rosemary vinaigrette, topped with fried onions.
Ducktrap Smoked Salmon
Sliced salmon on with rye toast with capers, caraway creme fraiche, and pickled red onion.
