The Bay View Collection is pleased to announce two key leadership appointments at the Rockport Harbor Hotel: Tami Lynch-McGrail as General Manager and Cerina Leeman as Operations Manager. Together, they will lead the continued growth and guest experience of the boutique waterfront hotel located in the heart of Rockport Village.
Tami Lynch-McGrail assumed the role of General Manager in August 2025 after serving as Assistant General Manager at the property. Since joining the team, she has demonstrated strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep commitment to both staff and guests.
With a diverse background in hospitality management, events, and guest services, Lynch-McGrail brings extensive experience from the catering, resort, and restaurant industries. Her career includes leadership roles overseeing large-scale events, guest services operations, and hospitality venues where she built a reputation for creating exceptional guest experiences and developing strong service teams.
Lynch-McGrail and her husband, Paul, are also deeply connected to the local tourism community as the owners and operators of the historic Schooner Appledore II, which offers scenic day sails throughout the summer season from Camden Harbor. Their involvement reflects a shared commitment to celebrating and promoting the natural beauty and outdoor recreation that make the Maine coast such a special destination for visitors and residents alike.
Joining her leadership team is Cerina Leeman, who has been named Operations Manager for Rockport Harbor Hotel. Leeman brings nearly three decades of experience in hospitality, restaurant management, and operations leadership in banking. Known for her guest centric approach and strong operational oversight, she has successfully led high-volume hospitality venues, improved revenue performance, and developed high-performing service teams.
Most recently, Leeman served as General Manager of The Montsweag Restaurant in Woolwich, Maine, where she over-saw all aspects of operations including staffing, marketing initiatives, and financial performance, helping drive year-over-year revenue growth and enhanced guest experiences.
