Giving Back Together: Our Pink Out Fundraiser
We’re grateful to everyone who joined us for our recent Pink Out fundraiser at 16 Bay View and Rockport Harbor Hotel. With your support, the two properties raised a combined $792 for Maine Cancer Foundation—$592 from Rockport Harbor Hotel and $200 from 16 Bay View.
Held during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the fundraiser offered a way for our guests, neighbors, and staff to come together for a meaningful cause. Special pink drinks at both properties, along with pink pastries and desserts at the Oak Room, added a little color to the weekend while helping support the fundraising effort.
For many in our community, cancer is deeply personal. It has touched family members, friends, coworkers, and neighbors. Pink Out was an opportunity to keep those people in our hearts and turn a gathering over a drink or a meal into a chance to give back.
One of the things we appreciate most about being part of the Camden and Rockport communities is the willingness of people to show up for one another. We’re thankful to everyone who took part, whether you were visiting for the weekend or stopping into a familiar local spot. Your participation helped make this contribution possible.
We also want to thank our teams at both properties for the care and effort they put into the weekend. From preparing the special offerings to welcoming guests and sharing the fundraiser with others, their work brought it all together.
