CAMDEN, ME – May 2026 – The Bay View Collection is proud to announce the successful completion of another impactful community giving initiative through its annual “Great Rates for a Great Cause” campaign, raising $1,425.00 in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine through its partnership with Lord Camden Inn in Camden, Maine. Today, Erick Anderson, General Manager, and Christopher Sprague, Director of Operations for the Bay View Collection, presented a check to Eileen Veroneau Brown, Interim Executive Director/Director of Development/Communications, and Miranda Hardy, Programs Director,for Big Brothers, Big Sisters Southern Maine.
As part of Bay View Collection’s annual winter giving campaign, guests staying at Lord Camden Inn had the opportunity to receive a significantly discounted room rate while making a direct donation to support Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine, an organization dedicated to creating life-changing mentorship opportunities for children by matching them with caring adult role models. Through the generosity of guests who participated in the program throughout the winter season, Bay View Collection is honored to contribute $1,425.00 to help further this meaningful mission.
For decades, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine has worked to ignite the power and promise of youth through one-to-one mentoring relationships that help children build confidence, develop important life skills, and realize their full potential.
