At Vintage Room, our restaurant bar in Camden, ME, the spring 2022 menu just hit the tables. We’re excited to share four of Chef Andrea Barbour’s creations. With vegetarian and gluten-free options as well, there’s always great food for everyone to enjoy!
Korean BBQ Pork Belly Skewers
Served with Gochujang honey BBQ sauce, pickled radish, and cucumbers, sprinkled with scallions, shallot, and sesame.
Pirozhki
Ukrainian dumpling with potato, oyster mushrooms, and cheddar, served with tomato and cucumber salad.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts Salad
Served with dried cranberries, gorgonzola dolce, and lemon rosemary vinaigrette, topped with fried onions.
Ducktrap Smoked Salmon
Sliced salmon on with rye toast with capers, caraway creme fraiche, and pickled red onion.
