The Bellman/Valet makes the first impression on our guests as they arrive. The Bellman/Valet is responsible for guest satisfaction with a goal of each guest getting exactly what they want in a very friendly and genuine manner.

Breakfast Cook/Attendant

The Breakfast Cook/Attendant is responsible for preparing our breakfast buffet for hotel guests while greeting and servicing them in a friendly manner consistent with the hotel’s food preparation and customer service standards.

Food Plater/Prep Cook

Reporting to the Bar Manager or Food & Beverage Director of The View rooftop restaurant and bar at 16 Bay View Hotel, the Food Plater/Prep Cook receives orders from our menu of small plates, dishes and desserts based on the chef’s guidance and specifications.

Front Desk/Concierge

The Front Desk/Concierge responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Inn policies.


Clean and reset guest rooms and occupied guest rooms in accordance with established quality and performance standards. Organize and stock cleaning cart and organize linen closets on floors assigned.

Lead Cook

The Lead Cook reports directly to the Excecutive Chef/Food & Beverage Director and is primarily responsible for overseeing our daily breakfast service at all three hotels, and helping manage our breakfast cooks & attendants. Additional duties include assisting the Executive Chef in prepping and cooking menu items for The View and Vintage Room as well as Banquets and other Food & Beverage functions as needed.

Restaurant Host

The Host delivers enthusiastic hellos and goodbyes. They provide a strong sense of genuine, heartfelt hospitality, managing the waiting area experience and works together as a team to deliver a great experience for our guests at The View rooftop restaurant and bar at 16 Bay View Hotel.

Restaurant Server

Servers ensure that guests have an enjoyable drinking/dining experience by providing quality customer service, including accurately taking orders, understanding menu items and food preparation techniques, serving/clearing food and drinks, and accurately processing and collecting payment.

Manager Trainee (Internship)

We are seeking Juniors and Seniors in an accredited hospitality and tourism program to fill several seasonal positions as Manager Trainees, responsible for assisting our Management Team with day-to-day operations, maximizing the financial performance of the hotels, providing the highest quality customer service and fostering a positive work environment.
